Our Story
Why we built Onanni and our journey
Onanni started with a simple frustration: too many short-let apartments in Dubai feel like hotel rooms with a kitchen bolted on. Beige walls, generic art, a welcome note that reads like it was copied from a template. We wanted something different a home that actually feels lived-in, in a location that puts you five minutes from the water instead of twenty minutes from everything.

Why Onanni Exists
Onanni was set up because Downtown Dubai hotel rooms were expensive, small, and impersonal for anyone staying more than a couple of nights. The villa was furnished and equipped as a real home would.

How we host

3:00 PM
You walk in, not wait around
Check-in opens at 3:00 PM, and by then, everything is already done. Beds made, AC running, kitchen stocked, keys ready. No queueing at a front desk, no waiting on someone to "just finish cleaning" you walk in, and the apartment is already yours.
The First Hour
Get oriented, not overwhelmed
No forced welcome tour, no 20-minute rundown of house rules you'll forget in five minutes. Just a short message with the essentials WiFi password, parking spot, how the AC works so you can settle in on your own time. Drop your bags, grab a shower, or head straight for the balcony. Your call.
The stay
We're a text away, not down the hall
Need a restaurant recommendation, extra towels, or help booking the chauffeur package? We reply fast, usually within minutes. What we don't do is check in on you "just to see how it's going." You're on holiday, not on a tour.
Check-Out
Easy out, no surprise charges
Check-out is simple leave the keys, no deep-clean required, no inspection standing over your shoulder. If your flight's at an odd hour, message us; flexible check-out is often possible depending on the next guest's dates.
