3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, depending on the schedule of other guests, and is not guaranteed.

• Self check-in is provided, with access details sent ahead of your arrival.

4. Guest Conduct and House Rules

Guests are expected to:

• Treat the property and its contents with reasonable care.

• Respect maximum occupancy limits as stated on the Airbnb listing.

• Comply with building rules, including those relating to shared amenities such as the pool and gym.

• Avoid disruptive behavior that could affect neighbors or other building residents.

We reserve the right to end a stay early, without refund, in cases of serious violation of house rules, illegal activity, or damage to the property.

5. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear. Any costs for repair or replacement may be charged in accordance with Airbnb's resolution process.

6. Additional Services

Optional services offered outside the standard stay, such as the chauffeur package, are subject to availability and may be arranged directly with us. Pricing and terms for these services will be confirmed at the time of the request and are separate from your Airbnb booking.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies for your stay are set through Airbnb and depend on the cancellation policy selected on the listing at the time of booking. We do not process cancellations or refunds directly through this website.
